About Us
After a 16 year run in the oilfield services industry ended during the pandemic, our family decided it was time for a change.
We decided to take our years of experience running service companies and apply it to our true passion, Texas Craft BBQ.
We moved to Possum Kingdom Lake full time and began building our dream. Now we are living and operating full-time out of the small town of Jacksboro, TX. Sara’s hometown and our forever home.
